Renovation of a neglected garden

This garden which I had previously designed about 12 years previous had become a little to much for the client to handle with commitments and work , and so many plants were left un-pruned and many perennials past there best. It just needed a little careful thought with plants and materials to bring the whole area back up to date and easy to manage in the coming months etc. We had the lawns lifted and re-laid, put down a new path of Timber Chips with metal edging rather than log edging, and the planting was more to do with colourful shrubs than perennials so less attention would be needed.
